I am disappointed with the surgerys move from Denbigh street to the Marven clinic. There are far too many patients at this practice and people who work in Pimlico are registered also-which cant be right! We are unable to see a GP of our own choosing without having to wait 2-3 weeks, which is unacceptable. I am aware of several friends who have moved from this practice for this very reason,so, regrettably i shall be thinking of doing so. In addition, there is no privacy in the reception area as patients can be overheard when private details are given. When one telephones to make an appt, the recording is far too long and then when we are holding onto speak to someone at the other end,the whole recording is playing again!,which is tedious and unneccessary!.

Dear Patient We are sorry to learn that you feel there are too many patients at our practice since the merge back in 2014. At Pimlico Health we are always assessing our work force planning, in direct relation to our practice list size. We currently have 11 GPs, 2 Nurse practitioners, and 3 Health care assistants. We have many appointments available for same day booking, though we cannot guarantee to see your own preferred GP. However if your GP is popular then it is likely there may be a longer wait for this preferred GP of your choice. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Business Manager.
